HiQ Analytics is led by Suzi Birz (she/her/hers) and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois serving clients across the United States.
Prior to opening HiQ Analytics, Suzi gained skills and knowledge through positions with increasing responsibility and scope, from an information services analyst through Chief Information Officer. These positions have provided her an opportunity to work in clinical and administrative, department-specific and hospital-wide, research, compliance, and strategy. Suzi worked at The Joint Commission where her position in Information Services help lead the development of the quality monitoring initiatives. Suzi is also certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) by Cook County Government.
Suzi’s consulting has afforded her the opportunity to work with some of the finest leaders in healthcare today, working on exciting projects which advance care delivery and research.

Pronouns: she/her/hersLife-long Chicagoan with an enthusiasm for the city, its culture, and its sports teams.
When not working, Suzi enjoys spending time with family and friends, cross-training at the gym, attending live theater, spending time on Chicago’s amazing lakefront.
